Provide tailored solutions to customers based on your expertise. Handle customer service inquiries for various projects simultaneously to keep things diverse. Take on additional inbound and outbound sales tasks: we’re looking for people with strong sales affinity who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone! Requirements Previous experience as a customer service agent or in customer support, along with proven sales experience, is essential. Strong—ideally native-level—Dutch skills, both written and spoken. Quick comprehension and a preference for independent work. Solid PC skills and reliability in handling data.
