Head of Mobile Engineering – Social Mobile Apps

Our 400 teammates across Paris, New York, and Singapore — representing more than 45 nationalities — share the same ambition: to shape the future of video as a space for connection. We're building THE next big social app in a startup-minded squad within Dailymotion, and we need a technical leader to take us to the next level. You'll be leading a team of 3 Android engineers, 3 iOS engineers, working closely with 3 Python backend developers, QA, Design, and Product to create an experience used by millions of users. This is not a pure management role. We're looking for someone who is still deeply connected to the craft, able to code, review architecture, and technically challenge the team every day. Think 60% leadership, 40% hands-on. Your Mission Own the delivery of the product vision from technical strategy to day-to-day execution Make key technical decisions, balancing innovation, velocity, and tech debt in a high-growth environment Lead, mentor, and grow your mobile engineering team, fostering extreme ownership and cross-functional collaboration Stay hands-on: review code, challenge architectural choices, and set the technical bar alongside the team Establish clear performance object
