Modern Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Intune/AVD)

Design and manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and identity (Entra ID & Active Directory) Implement and maintain endpoint security, compliance policies, and automation for device management Design and operate enterprise/cloud printing solutions and ensure reliable endpoint connectivity Provide advanced troubleshooting, documentation, monitoring, and 3rd level support for endpoint environments 3+ years experience as Workplace/Endpoint Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows deployment (Autopilot) Solid Microsoft 365 administration skills (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and identity management (Entra ID / Active Directory) Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities; experience with application packaging (MSI, MSIX, App‑V, Win32) Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, mobile device management (iOS/Android), and DLP/backup principles Strong documentation skills, team collaboration, fluent English; certifications (Microsoft 365, ITIL) are a plus Employee perks, benefits Employment contract for an indefinite period + 13th Salary 5% Annual bonus Flexible working time (core time 9-3:00) Home office possible 2 days a week Extra days of leave 2 Sick days per year Recreation allowance Referral program Travel allowance The third
