Experience with Federal agencies, either as a contractor or Federal employee, and experience with data analytics/visualization is a functional requirement. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (i.e., PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred but not required. The position also requires demonstrated experience in management consulting such as meeting with clients, assessing and evaluating client requests and needs, and working with clients, stakeholders, and teammates to identify, develop, and implement solutions for clients. The consultant must have experience working on a project team, providing status updates, and other common task management functions. Finally, the position requires experience with developing reports/briefings, presenting findings to clients and stakeholders, and explaining the value add of the implemented tools, products, and solutions.
