Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer / Data Analyst with 5–8 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and dashboards. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into insightful analytics solutions that support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Build robust data models using star schema / dimensional modeling principles Develop and optimize DAX calculations and measures for performance and scalability Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including SAP, databases, and other data sources Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting layers Optimize report performance, including query tuning and dataset management Work with large datasets using SQL and Python (preferred) Support deployment pipelines and version control practices Troubleshoot data and reporting
