Responsibilities: Power BI Development Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX and Power Query Build effective data models and maintain version control with proper documentation Troubleshoot and maintain existing reports/dashboards, ensuring timely data refresh SQL & Data Handling Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity Collaborate with IT/data engineering teams on data availability and access Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions with the Analytics Lead and functional teams Deliver assigned tasks on schedule within project timelines Maintain standardized documentation, visual design guidelines, and reusable templates Technical Knowledge and Skills: Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field 4+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning) Familiarity with DA
