We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our growing Data & AI practice in Mumbai. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for delivering high-impact analytics solutions across multiple client engagements while leading and developing a team of Data Analysts. In this role, you will own a portfolio of client engagements, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will oversee end-to-end analytics delivery, ensure the highest standards of quality and governance, and provide strategic guidance to clients while balancing multiple priorities across projects. You will lead a team of Data Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and delivery excellence. Combining strong technical expertise with consulting and people leadership skills, you will drive successful project outcomes, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of Sia's Data & AI consulting capabilities.
