You Are: Data Conversion Developer The Work: The Data Conversion Developer is responsible for designing, developing, validating, and deploying data‑migration components that move legacy system data into Oracle Cloud ERP. This role builds repeatable, automated, and high‑quality ETL/ELT processes, performs detailed mapping, and partners with functional teams to ensure migrated data is accurate, complete, and compliant. The developer plays a key role in cutover readiness, mock‑conversion cycles, and production‑migration activities, supporting enterprise transition from legacy platforms to Oracle Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Work with functional leads to define data‑mapping requirements, transformation logic, and conversion rules across Financials, SCM, HCM, and Projects Analyze legacy system structures to identify gaps, cleansing needs, dependencies, and constraints Produce detailed mapping specifications and conversion‑design documents aligned with Oracle templates and staging standards Build conversion programs using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Cloud FBDI, APIs, REST services, and staging‑table automation approaches Generate automated load scripts and low‑code SQL packages consistent with Oracle and
