What You’ll Do 🚀 📍This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the administration, optimization, security, availability, and strategic management of OneAZ Credit Union's enterprise database environment. This role serves as the senior technical expert supporting Oracle database environments powering the Fiserv DNA core banking platform, as well as Microsoft SQL Server environments supporting enterprise applications, integrations, reporting platforms, and operational systems. The DBA will lead database architecture, performance tuning, disaster recovery planning, automation initiatives, data integration services, and operational support activities while partnering closely with Infrastructure, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Application Support teams, business stakeholders, Fiserv, Toolcase, and other technology vendors. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and maturing OneAZ's internal database administration capabilities while ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable database environments that support organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member experiences.
