Digital Design Engineer Intern

Fall 2026 Internship - August 24 - December 11 Must be currently enrolled full time in a university degree program pursing a bachelors or masters degree. Must not have graduated before September 2026 and not after May 2027. Duluth, GA - hybrid Renesas is looking for a talented student to join our team as a Digital Design Engineer Intern at our Duluth / John's Creek Georgia location. In this role, you will contribute to the digital design of our next generation high-speed DDR memory interface IC products by taking on well-defined tasks under the mentorship of our engineers. Your responsibilities may include: Development of a small functional block, including documentation, RTL and simulation Running lint, CDC/RDC checking, and logical equivalence checking tools Development of RTL generation scripts Automated data processing to bridge between tools Contributing to synthesis and static timing analysis Analysis of performance data Must be currently enrolled full time in a university degree program pursing a bachelors or masters degree. Must not have graduated before September 2026 and not after May 2027.
