See us at crbgroup.com. </p></div><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg spl-wysiwyg"><p>As member of our HR leadership team and under the direction of the Chief People Officer, the Director, People Operations will lead our HR Operations and Total Rewards function and be both hands-on and strategic: refining our total rewards philosophy; scaling our compensation and benefits programs; building a strong HR infrastructure; and refining HR delivery model to enable self-service with support. Managing and coaching a high-performing team creating programs that meet employees where they are today and build a strong foundation for tomorrow while reinforcing our company values. </p><p>As a thought leader and partner to HR and business leaders you will consult with key stakeholders to manage, drive, and influence the development and execution of global rewards, benefits, employee programs, and processes while balancing the financial goals of the company. You will work with the business leaders to translate the business strategy and objectives into a comprehensive Total Rewards Operations strategy to meet our business needs today and, in the future, as we scale. </p><p>The position will work cross-functionally to delive
