You’ll own the end-to-end product design process—from user research and interaction design to design systems and developer handoff. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll transform user insights into seamless digital experiences that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>If you enjoy solving complex product challenges, designing with systems in mind, and balancing user needs with business goals, this role is an excellent fit.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h3> <h3><strong>UX Research Product Discovery</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.</li> <li>Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.</li> <li>Identify friction points and recommend user experience improvements.</li> <li>Use analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to support design decisions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>UX/UI Design</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.</li> <li>Create responsive experiences across desktop and mobile a
