As an Engineering Manager, you'll own the technical direction of your squad and the people within it — partnering with a Product Manager to set goals, make the right calls, and deliver payment solutions that Brazilian merchants genuinely depend on. What you'll do Lead at scale: Direct high-performing squads of engineers, focusing on building trust and autonomy within a newly formed team.
