Position Summary The FBS Business Intelligence Consultant is responsible for transforming large and complex customer datasets into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making and revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Business Leaders, Analytics, and Technology teams to develop reporting solutions, business intelligence dashboards, predictive models, and performance metrics that drive commercial success. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical expertise with business acumen, helping stakeholders identify opportunities, optimize cross-sell strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer profitability. This position requires a strong foundation in data analysis, data modeling, business intelligence, and statistical methodologies, along with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
