For more information, visit www.blend360.com . As a Senior Analyst – Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in delivering modern analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytical applications while leveraging capabilities such as OneLake, Lakehouse, Fabric Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and Fabric administration. The role requires hands-on experience across the Microsoft Fabric platform and the ability to contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise-scale analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI. Build and optimize semantic models, datasets, and data models to support business reporting requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions. Develop reusable KPIs, measures, and analytical frameworks using DAX. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant reporting solutions. Implement report security, governance, and access controls. Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives. Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to analytics best practices. Support report deployment, enhancements, and production support activities. Required
