FM Transformation Analyst

Job Family: Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Secret What You Will Do: This FM Transformation Analyst will work in Guidehouse ’s Financial Management (FM) practice supporting Department of War clients. You will support initiatives that transform core financial management functions and operations. Our finance transformation consultants help our clients across the Department of War optimize all elements of their technical data structures and automations by transforming business processes and enhancing the efficiency of technical data operations. This role focuses on driving finance and accounting excellence through leveraging technology solutions to deliver actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, enable auditability, and modernize financial processes in alignment with federal standards. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse . Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. Bachelor's degree ONE (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or Statistics. What Would Be Nice To Have: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Advanced degree, Databricks, PowerBI, Azure, AWS or other data engineering-related certifications. Experience with Army financial systems, such as ADVANA, GFEBS, and LMP. Prior experience supporting federal audit readiness or CFO functions within DoW or similar agencies. Experience with data analytics, automation, and AI tools. Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik), familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Databricks), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong Core Technological Skills in: Python, SQL, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, and PowerBI. The annual salary range
