Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward! AFS is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for a fully onsite role in Reston, VA. The Work: Develop and support data pipelines to capture and consolidate critical hardware quality telemetry for our air-gapped clouds. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, firmware developers and data scientists, to understand the sources, ingestion, transformation, and utilization of the raw telemetry for our key metrics in the public space. Develop analogous capture and reporting capabilities for our air-gapped cloud environments. Create and standardize queries across multiple airgap clouds, and build dashboard high and low-side. Collaborate with Deployment and Component teams to discover pre-existing deployment solutions, and create new deployment solutions. Ability to learn new skills/technologies ie LLMs. Here's what you need: BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Minimum 5 years relevent professional experience Strong programming and data engineering experience, including: SQL Python Azure Data Factory and/or Azure Synapse Apache Spark Experience working with: Azure Data Explorer Azure Blob Storage Kusto Query Language (KQL) Git JSON Powershell C#
