Overview of Role As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will serve as a technical bridge between Sales, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams. Your primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of complex, end-to-end frontier model deployments for our clients. You will lead technical discovery, system design, and production rollouts, playing a pivotal role in shaping the client experience through collaborative system architecture and execution. Success in this role is measured by production adoption, tangible workflow impact, and the delivery of eval-driven insights that influence product and model roadmaps. You will operate cross-functionally with Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
