The AI Strategy & Transformation Team is a small, high-impact tiger team responsible for proving and scaling agentic systems that materially change how the company operates. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as a builder, translator, and change agent. You will work directly with the Director of AI Strategy & Transformation and embed with internal teams to identify bottlenecks, imagine parallel AI-powered systems, and turn those ideas into working agentic systems that deliver real business impact. This is an experimental, action-oriented role for someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves quickly from idea to prototype, and has the judgment and communication skills to bring stakeholders along.
