Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters. Summary As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you sit at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. You're the technical owner of customer outcomes — hands-on in the code, embedded in the customer relationship. This high-bar engineering role owns customer onboarding and site-speed success end-to-end. You will be expected to run high-profile e-commerce storefront launches completely independently. This is not a support role. You'll be debugging JavaScript in production, writing transform scripts, configuring caching rules, and troubleshooting complex CDN behavior across Shopify, SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), and custom storefronts. You'll own the full technical lifecycle from onboarding through optimization, working directly with merchant engineering teams and translating their stack into our client’s platform. The job in one sentence: investigate a customer's e-commerce storefront, design and QA the caching configuration that makes it faster without breaking it, launch it, prove the speed, and lead the customer conversations, including the hard ones.
