ABOUT THE ROLE Camber's go-to-market motion runs on data. Every named account, every campaign, every event, every pipeline conversation is only as good as the systems underneath it. The GTM Systems Manager owns that layer. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. You'll architect how data flows through HubSpot, Clay, and our attribution stack, then scale that infrastructure as we expand into new verticals and move toward Series C. You'll work in weekly lockstep with Sales, partner closely with our external agency, and report directly to the Head of Marketing. We're looking for someone who's already built this at a company like Clay, Clearbit, or Apollo (or a high-velocity B2B startup) and has strong opinions about how GTM systems should work.
