Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era. Summary As Head of Data Operations, you will be the operational backbone of Multiverse's D&I team. You will ensure that our work is well planned, properly resourced and consistently delivered — while also coordinating the processes that keep the D&I team running smoothly, and directly managing and developing our Analytics Engineers and Analytics Developers. This role sits within the D&I team, reporting to the VP of Data & Insight. You will collaborate closely with our Director of Data Engineering and Domain D&I Leads, as well as engaging with company-wide processes and cross-functional teams. Success requires a highly organised, people-focused operator who thrives on bringing structure, clarity and momentum to a fast-moving technical team.
