ABOUT THE ROLE Constructor Group is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the company’s technology and software development function. This role is responsible for defining and executing the technology strategy, managing engineering teams, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and building scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with a hands-on engineering background, experience managing development teams, and the ability to align technology decisions with business goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the software development function and manage engineering teams. Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with business and product goals. Own the development roadmap together with product, business, and executive stakeholders. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products and technical solutions. Build scalable, secure, and reliable architecture. Review and improve engineering processes, development standards, code quality, and release management. Manage technical priorities, resource allocation, and delivery risks. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers, team leads, architects, and developers.
