As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive technical improvements. Your roadmap to make an impact Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud environments) Administer Windows/Linux systems and virtualization platforms Monitor system performance, availability, and security Support cloud services (e.g., Azure, GCP or similar) Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices Provide technical support for internal users (1st/2nd level)
