At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Senior Developer to join our team in Brasil . You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment. Position Overview As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead the design and development of a scalable cloud-based solution, employing Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations. This role requires proactive and self-sufficient developers who can independently drive tasks and adapt quickly to challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot in a microservices architecture. Structure and lead technical refinements and engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs. Integrate systems and data using cloud and on-premise applications, including message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus. Develop and evolve high-performance solutions in a scalable environment, ensuring quality through automated tests (TDD) and code reviews. Manage relational and NoSQL databases. Required Skills and Qualifications Must-have Skills: Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and microservices. Experience with automated test development using the test pyramid strategy.
