The role As an Account Manager, you build your own portfolio of business owners and help them navigate their financial journey with iwoca . Your work directly contributes to the financial success of iwoca and the customer experience. From independent hair salons to established dental practices, you will ensure our customers feel supported, heard, and empowered to grow. The requirements Essential: Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn more about AI tools. You’ll already be comfortable using AI tools in practical ways to help solve problems, increase productivity and improve quality of work, showing good judgement about when to use them and the ability to explain the reasoning behind that use. Guide & Assist: Support new customers through their application journey, simplifying complex steps and finding the right financial solutions for their business goals. Build Partnerships: Foster long-lasting, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of existing and new clients. Champion the Customer: Our systems are always developing.
