We are currently supporting a major Hamburg based logistics firm as they integrate intelligent automation into their reporting cycles. This project focuses on moving away from fragmented data toward a single source of truth that the leadership team can trust. As a Junior AI Implementation Specialist, you will support our senior consultants in configuring these new systems, ensuring that the data is clean and the documentation is thorough enough for the client to remain independent after the project ends. The role This is a permanent, full-time position designed for someone early in their career who wants to understand how artificial intelligence is applied to enterprise data. You will not be working in a vacuum or building experimental models that never see the light of day. Instead, you will be in a remote environment, working alongside professionals who have spent years in Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, and modern analytics. Your job is to help translate business needs into technical configurations that improve how our logistics client handles their daily operations. What you will do Support the configuration of AI driven reporting modules to ensure they align with the client business rules. Assist in the preparation and cleaning of large datasets to ensure the models have high quality input. Write and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides that describe how the system was built. Test the accuracy of automated forecasts against historical data to identify areas for improvement. Participate in remote client meetings to help gather requirements for specific reporting dashboards. Collaborate with senior consultants to troubleshoot errors in data flows or model outputs. Help prepare training materials that will be handed over to the client internal teams at the end of the engagement. Refine the instructions and prompts used to generate automated summaries for finance reports. What we are looking for A basic understanding of data structures and how databases function. Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting languages like Python is helpful but not mandatory. The ability to write clear, structured documentation in English. A logical approach to problem solving and the patience to look for errors in complex data sets. Interest in how business processes like logistics and finance can be improved through automation. A willingness to learn enterprise systems like Oracle or SAP from the ground up. Comfort working in a fully remote setting where communication happens primarily through text and video calls. Basic knowledge of how large language models or machine learning concepts are structured.
