Level 2 Virtualization Engineer (all humans)

What to do: We are seeking a Level 2 Virtualization Engineer to provide technical support and operational support for virtualization platforms. The role focuses on maintaining stable environments, resolving issues, and supporting improvements across VMware and/or OpenShift Virtualization systems. Experience with infrastructure automation is beneficial. Provide Level 2 support for VMware and/or OpenShift Virtualization platforms Troubleshoot issues in VMware vSphere, vCenter, or OpenShift Virtualization environments Support the design and implementation of virtualization solutions Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability Identify and implement improvements to virtualization environments Work with Level 3 engineers and other IT teams to resolve complex issues Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support Contribute to automation efforts using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
