Nearshore Sector l GCP Scrum Master

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our nearshore team in Portugal. In this role, you will serve as a catalyst for organizational agility, guiding cross-functional teams through Agile transformation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will work with distributed teams across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across distributed teams in multiple time zones to ensure team alignment and continuous process improvement Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and mindset while championing Agile best practices and driving organizational adoption Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team productivity, working proactively to resolve conflicts and facilitate problem-solving Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage sprint backlogs, ensure proper prioritization of work items, and maintain alignment across programs and initiatives Monitor team velocity, burndown charts, and other key metrics to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and escalation issues to leadership in a timely manner Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach GCP Experience Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms) Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence without authority Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal) Proven experience working with nearshore or distributed teams across multiple time zones Strong analytical and problem-so
