Role Overview We are looking for a meticulous and technically-minded Manual QA Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper of quality, responsible for validating our front-end web applications and back-end services. You will work as an embedded member of our Scrum teams , ensuring the "Definition of Done" is met for every story. Your mission is to ensure that what we build is functional, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our business goals. What You’ll Be Doing Full-Stack Manual Testing: Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for complex web applications. API Validation: Use Postman to perform thorough API testing, validating status codes, payloads, and error handling. Automation Collaboration: Partner with Automation Test Engineers to identify manual test cases that are high-priority for automation and identify gaps in existing test coverage. Data Integrity: Write and execute SQL queries to perform database validation and ensure backend data aligns with the front-end UI. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira , providing detailed logs, screenshots, and clear reproduction steps.
