Partner Account Manager (East Coast)

Spacelift is building the infrastructure platform that engineering teams actually want to use. We're growing fast, and the partner channel is a core part of how we scale. We're looking for someone to own it. The role You'll build Spacelift 's reseller partner program from the ground up, starting with two high-priority partners: Ahead and Presidio. This isn't a "manage the existing program" job. You'll define how we work with resellers, what good looks like, and how we grow through them. What you'll do Design and launch Spacelift 's partner reseller program, including deal registration, incentive structures, enablement resources, and co-sell motions Own the Ahead and Presidio relationships end-to-end, from initial onboarding through first revenue and beyond Enable partner sales teams to position and sell Spacelift confidently, building training materials, battlecards, and demo resources they'll actually use
