About the Role As AI profoundly transforms how engineering teams work, we are looking for Full Stack Engineers to serve as "seeds" across our product teams. You will be among the first dedicated full stack engineers, helping the organization establish a highly autonomous, AI-augmented, end-to-end development model. Responsibilities Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend Integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow to maximize development efficiency Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction between frontend and backend Act as a full stack "seed" within your team — champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes Contribute to the full product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major preferred 1–5 years of professional experience Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang Proficiency in Node.js and React Experience owning end-to-end projects i
