Power BI Dashboard Developer (Project) [26017]

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support internal reporting and analytics needs; Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable dashboard designs; Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing robust data validation and transformation processes; Optimize dashboards for performance and usability, including creating dynamic visuals and drill-down capabilities; Provide documentation and basic training to internal users for dashboard usage and updates. Proven experience in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices); Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles; Ability to connect and integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, CSV, APIs); Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Good communication skills for requirement gathering and stakeholder interaction.
