Hard Rock Digital is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Systems & Integrations Engineer to design, build, and operate the systems and integrations behind our growing use of AI across the company. This role sits within IT Operations and reports directly to the Director of IT. You will be responsible for connecting large language model platforms to internal systems, building and maintaining internal automation tooling, and supporting the secure, compliant rollout of AI across a global workforce of 1,300+ employees. Key Responsibilities AI Platform Integration Design, build, and maintain integrations connecting large language model platforms and other AI tooling to internal systems (identity management, ticketing/ITSM, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and similar). Own and evolve internal automation bots and agents that streamline IT operations workflows, including integration with identity systems and ticketing platforms. Support and extend the company's enterprise AI platform deployment, including application registrations, authentication/authorization flows, secrets management, and cloud-hosted proxy services.
