Product Brand Designer

TLDR: We’re looking for a Product Brand Designer to shape how White Circle looks and feels across our website, product, and brand. You’ll design landing pages, build visual systems, create graphics and illustrations, and explore motion, 3D, and other ways to make the brand feel alive. At the core of our platform are policies – simple natural-language rules that define what an AI model should and shouldn’t do. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale. - We’ve raised $11M from top funds, founders, and senior leaders at OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, DeepMind, Datadog, Sentry, and others - We process over one hundred million API calls every month - We fine-tune and train our own LLMs so they run faster and cheaper than any open or proprietary model We’re a small, highly focused team. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design landing pages from the first idea to polished, responsive final designs - Develop visual languages, patterns, graphic systems, and illustrations that can be used across the website and product - Help evolve the White Circle brand and turn it into something people recognise across different surfaces - Bring brand ideas into the product, and find ways for the product itself to express the brand - Create concepts for motion, interactions, animations, and other dynamic experiences - Design visuals for launches, campaigns, social, events, and other brand moments - Explore new visual directions and turn rough ideas into strong creative concepts - Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to make sure ideas actually make it into the product - Move comfortably between concept, art direction, and pixel-level exec
