As Product Designer , you’ll support the U.S. Army's AIE Recruiting Platform, a mission-focused digital ecosystem that modernizes recruiting operations through Salesforce technologies, human-centered design, process automation, data-driven insights, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Salesforce Product Designer will work closely with Army stakeholders, product managers, recruiters, business analysts, developers, and end users to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences that improve recruiting effectiveness and operational efficiency. This role requires creativity, innovation, and the ability to apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex business challenges within a Salesforce environment. Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand user needs and business objectives. Develop journey maps, process flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications. Translate complex recruiting and business requirements into intuitive user experiences and streamlined workflows. Collaborate with Product Leads, Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and Army stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
