Product Marketing Director

Renesas' Performance Core Power (PCP) Business Group is scaling its Custom AI Power product line — Power Modules, Digital Controllers, and Lateral Power Stages — to serve the compute infrastructure of the world's largest AI platform providers. Both the Business Group and the Custom AI Power product line are growing extremely fast. This organization is structured around dedicated Business Unit (BU) teams for each of the "Big 3" hyperscale/AI accelerator customers: AWS, Google, and NVIDIA. We are hiring a Business Unit Leader to take full, end-to-end ownership of the business for one of these two currently open seats — AWS or NVIDIA. This is senior leadership role where the BU Leader is the general manager of the business for their customer - accountable for strategy, product roadmap, portfolio decisions, P&L health, while leading a cross-functional team. What You'll Own Business & Strategy Leadership Serve as the single point of accountability for the AWS or NVIDIA business within Custom AI Power — strategy, roadmap, revenue/margin outcomes, and execution of the products already designed-in. Build and maintain the multi-generation product roadmap (Modules, Digital Controllers, Lateral Power Stages) in direct alignment with the customer's roadmaps. Portfolio management decisions — what to pursue, what to pass on, and how to sequence investment across competing opportunities. Own the business case and investment justification for new product/program starts, partnering with Finance and the Custom AI Power Leader. Set and defend priorities within centralized organization’s (design, operations, packaging, test, etc) resources to meet BU’s execution needs Customer & Executive Engagement Act as the primary business-level relationship owner with the customer's power, silicon, systems and business teams — building trust at the working level and up through their leadership.
