We’re looking for a Product Owner experienced in engaging stakeholders, customers and employees across all groups and levels to enhance and implement a robust and effective set of enterprise customer service tools. The ideal candidate must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, have a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.
