As part of our Revenue Operations Technology team, the Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a strategic liaison between global business business units and the Salesforce platform team, reporting directly to the Salesforce Product Owner. In this role, you will lead cross-functional requirement gathering, process optimization, and value-mapping initiatives to ensure the Salesforce ecosystem drives measurable operational efficiency and global revenue growth.
