THE OPPORTUNITY Title: Salesforce Service Delivery Developer Location: USA (remote) Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce developer to join our Salesforce platform support Operations (Service Delivery) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing the core platform operations that keep our business moving seamlessly. You will have the opportunity to solve critical production challenges, collaborate across Scrum teams, and deliver robust solutions using Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud modules. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Resolve Production Incidents: Monitor ServiceNow queues and resolve platform issues within target SLAs to ensure continuous system availability.
