Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and balances declarative-first thinking with the willingness to write code where it provides clear value. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10 or more years of hands-on Salesforce development and 5 or more in architecture experience. Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits. Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing. Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
