You Are: The SAP Application Developer Lead Senior Manager is responsible for leading detailed application design, development (coding), unit testing, and break/fix development remediation. The Work: Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members Here's What You Need: Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning 7 + years SAP ECC and S/4 development experience Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
