Position Overview: Accelerator mentor are industry professionals who provide world-class technical support to our learners in their Nanodegree journey. All our session leads are handpicked through a rigorous selection process so that we can truly be #studentfirst. As a mentor, you will be meeting virtually on a weekly basis with your students for 1:1 sessions, activities and deep dive sessions. Required skills/qualifications: Fluency in English both written and spoken 4+ years of working experience related to the below skillsets. Technical competence: Product Analysis & Growth Loops, Growth strategy and experimentation, product strategy, A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis, customer acquisition and retention, LTV and churn optimization, monetization strategy and pricing, user and buyer persona development, UX optimization and journey mapping, channel strategy, and data-driven decision-making. Graduate from a Udacity Nanodegree Program is a added plus Experience teaching technical concepts and public speaking Experience organizing technical talks, or webinars Positive character, trusted by the students, creating emotional ties in the group Existing tech network and experience in technical conversations & discussions Flexibility at their current job to take this challenge part-time as an external contractor Responsibilities: Provide technical support for students daily over an online commun
