The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic. The candidate should be able to conduct design workshops with the business, build a prototype of the system for demos before the start of the development phase.
