THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior B2B Credit Policy Specialist in our Financial Solutions (New Initiatives) area in Brazil ! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. As a B2B Credit Policy Sr Specialist, you will be one of the key architects of our financial ecosystem. This is not a traditional "back-office" credit position - it is a strategic and highly analytical role, focused on automation and scalability. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing credit policies and processes, using advanced data analytics to automate decision-making for our SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) segment, as well as collaborating across departments to refine our Risk-Based Pricing. The position is 100% remote, and we are a company that actively encourages the use of Artificial Intelligence in our daily work to gain speed, automate repetitive tasks, and amplify the impact of every decision.
