DESCRIPTION: Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Enterprise AI Transformation Office is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Digital Literacy to lead enterprise-wide digital capability development focused on Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Data, and emerging digital technologies. This strategic leadership role will drive the democratization of digital skills across the organization by developing scalable learning programs, enabling technical and non-technical colleagues, and fostering adoption of enterprise digital tools and platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong executive presence and strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise and training experience.
