Senior Backend Software Engineer

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer on our Diagnostics team, you'll build the part of Regard that reads a patient's medical chart — labs, medications, vitals, procedures, prior notes, history — and determines which conditions are present, along with the evidence supporting each one. You'll design and develop critical backend services and drive them end-to-end through the full product lifecycle: ideation, planning, design, execution, deployment, and iteration. Our senior engineers are true technical leaders by driving architectural decisions, mentoring teammates, and leading major projects that help set the bar for engineering excellence. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, clinicians, and fellow engineers to ship high-quality solutions that empower physicians and improve patient care.
