About the role… We're looking for a seasoned Brand Designer to join our design team a couple of days a week, on a freelance basis. This isn't pure execution—you'll work closely with our team on both the craft and the thinking, helping elevate Bounce's brand across every surface it lives on: digital, print, and in the physical world of our stores. You'll help set the quality bar. Some weeks that means rolling up your sleeves on a specific digital or print project; others it means shaping how our brand shows up at scale, building the systems that let the rest of the team move faster, and giving direction that levels up our more junior designers. You'll bring taste, a strong point of view, and the range to move between strategy and pixels without missing a beat.
