We enable your best to power our future. Independently designing analysis plans, and developing underlying data pipelines, models and/or algorithms to solve complex business problems. Create simple, meaningful visualizations to help support data analysis and stakeholder communications Proactively seek out and implement quality and/or efficiency improvements to our existing methodologies and processes, leveraging AI where possible. Develop and share efficient code used for analyses. Incorporate quality checks to proactively detect and correct for errors throughout analysis. Provide clear data-driven recommendations based on research findings that can easily be translated into business requirements. Collaborate with department stakeholders (Product, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, Technology, etc.). This may include providing status updates, developing timelines, sharing data, executing tests, presenting results, supporting user-acceptance testing and monitoring production rollouts to ensure business needs are met. Leading smaller projects, and providing informal guidance to colleagues.
