YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You actively integrate AI tools and agentic workflows into your daily engineering practice, spanning code generation, automated testing, documentation, and autonomous task execution, while helping define sensible engineering practices around them You design, build, and evolve scalable frontend features and shared UI libraries using React and TypeScript across multiple product areas You stay hands-on in code, lead cross-team frontend initiatives, and drive topics from idea to production with clear customer and business impact You architect and evolve our micro frontend platform using module federation, ensuring teams can ship independently without sacrificing consistency You raise the bar on performance, accessibility, testing, and engineering standards across the frontend discipline You collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, and mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have proven experience in building production-grade frontend applications and operate confidently in architecture and implementation AI-Assisted & Agentic Development You actively use AI tools — such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or agentic frameworks — as a core part of your daily engineering workflow, applying them in ways that remain reviewable, reliable, and genuinely productive React & TypeScript You have deep expertise in React and TypeScr
